Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?

Yes, we are a professional OEM/ODM bag factory. We offer complete Private Label solutions, including custom fabrics, custom bag accessories (zippers, pullers, buckles), and logo printing (silk-screen, embroidery, debossing, heat transfer). Simply share your Tech Packs or ideas, and we will bring your brand to life.

What types of bags do you manufacture?

We specialize in manufacturing a wide range of custom bags, including tote bags, backpacks, cooler bags, makeup & cosmetic bags, travel duffel bags, drawstring bags, sport & gym bags, tactical bags, and waterproof dry bags. We work with various premium fabrics like nylon, polyester, canvas, neoprene, PVC, TPU, and leather.

Can I fully customize the hardware and inner lining?

Yes! Beyond just printing your logo on the outside, we offer deep customization. You can customize the inner lining with your brand pattern, choose specific metal or plastic hardware, and design custom rubber or metal zipper pullers to make your product truly unique.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable materials?

Absolutely. We support sustainable fashion and can source eco-friendly materials such as RPET (recycled polyester from plastic bottles), organic cotton, vegan leather, and biodegradable TPU. We can also provide GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificates for the fabrics upon request.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer a Free Sample Program for qualified projects (existing stock samples). If you need a custom bespoke sample with your logo, our experienced sampling team can produce it within 3-7 working days. The custom sample fee is usually refundable when you place a bulk order.

I only have an idea, can you help with the bag design?

Yes! Our in-house R&D team and senior designers can assist you. You can share your reference photos, sketches, or files (AI, PSD, PDF). We can create 3D visual designs and product renderings for you, allowing you to quickly see the model effect before physical proofing.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We support brand owners and startups with a Low MOQ policy. For custom personalized bags, our MOQ typically starts from 100-500 pieces depending on the complexity and fabric. For existing stock bags, the MOQ can be as low as 1 piece.

What is the lead time for mass production?

Once the pre-production sample is confirmed and the deposit is received, mass production typically takes 20-35 days. We will share videos and pictures with you during the entire manufacturing process so you can clearly know the status of your order.

How do you ensure quality? What is your QC process?

We follow strict AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection standards. Our 4-step QC process includes: 1) Incoming material inspection, 2) Pre-production sample confirmation, 3) In-line production inspection (semi-finished goods), and 4) 100% final inspection before packing. We also welcome third-party inspection companies (like SGS or Intertek).

What is your policy for defective products?

We stand behind our quality. If you receive any defective bags caused by our manufacturing process, simply provide photos or videos within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will refund the cost of the defective items or send replacements in your next order. Your business is safe with us.

Can you provide custom retail packaging?

Yes, we offer complete retail-ready packaging solutions. We can customize hangtags, woven labels, care labels, printed polybags, dust bags, and color boxes with your logo, ensuring your products are ready for retail shelves or eCommerce fulfillment immediately upon arrival.

Do you provide shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Yes, we have extensive experience working with Amazon sellers. We provide comprehensive Amazon FBA prep services, including applying FNSKU barcodes, warning labels, and using strict carton box sizing/weight limits to meet Amazon's exact requirements.

What shipping methods and trade terms do you offer?

We offer global shipping via Air freight, Sea freight, and Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We highly recommend our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, which means we handle all customs clearance and import taxes, delivering the bags directly to your door hassle-free. We also support EXW, FOB, and CIF terms.

How fast can I get a quotation?

We pride ourselves on quick response times. If you send us your inquiry with details (size, material, quantity, logo), we will provide a detailed and competitive quote within 4 to 12 hours.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit before production, and the 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (Bank Wire), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. We conduct a 100% quality inspection before you pay the final balance.

Are you a trading company or a direct factory?

We are a direct custom bag manufacturing factory based in China, not a trading company. Working directly with us ensures you get the most competitive factory-direct prices, strict quality control, and seamless communication without middlemen.

Will you sign an NDA for my custom bag design?

Absolutely. We deeply respect and protect our clients' intellectual property. We are more than happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any confidential tech packs, 3D drawings, or business concepts with us.
