Incoming Quality Control (IQC) acts as the mandatory first gate in our entire production workflow. No raw material batch will be released to the cutting floor until fully inspected and approved by our QA team.

What Our Incoming Quality Control Process Covers

We implement three standardized checkpoints for every incoming material batch:

Eco-Material VerificationRPET fabrics and vegan leathers are strictly tested for colorfastness, fabric weight and non-toxic compliance. All supplier certifications are fully cross-validated before material receiving.

Hardware & Component TestingZippers, buckles, straps and other accessories go through full visual inspection, alongside AQL-based tensile strength and durability sampling for each batch.

Quarantine & Rejection ManagementNon-conforming materials are immediately isolated and quarantined to prevent defect spreading and avoid costly mid-production rework.

Only raw material batches with a 100% IQC pass rate are approved for mass production. This solidifies downstream AQL final inspection results and ensures full compliance with ASTM D3951 Commercial Packaging Standard.
