If the first sample does not meet your requirements, we will review your feedback and adjust the sample based on the confirmed specifications. The custom bag sample modification fee depends on whether the issue is a production adjustment or a new design change.
What happens if the first sample doesn’t meet my requirements? Is there a custom bag sample modification fee?
If the first sample does not meet your confirmed requirements, we will check the details carefully and offer a revision solution. The modification fee is usually not charged when the issue is caused by incorrect workmanship, wrong material, wrong color, logo placement error, or any difference from the approved specifications.
However, if the modification is based on new requests after the first sample is completed, such as changing the bag size, fabric, structure, logo method, lining, zipper, handle, packaging, or adding extra functions, an additional sample modification fee may apply.
For example, this may happen when revising a Travel Bag with a new compartment layout, changing the insulation structure of a Cooler Bag, or updating the logo technique on a Makeup Bag.
Before making any changes, we will confirm the revision details, estimated cost, and updated timeline with you. To make the sample approval process smoother, we recommend preparing clear comments, marked photos, or a checklist. You can also refer to sample approval checklist reference when reviewing sample quality and customization details.
