Maintaining Mass Production Quality: Our 5-Stage Control Framework

Every bulk order follows a standardized, fixed process:

Golden Sample Sealing + Tech PackThe approved prototype is formally sealed on file. A detailed tech pack documents full specifications, including stitching density, hardware positioning, Pantone color codes and material sourcing standards.

PP Meeting + Pilot RunQA, supply chain and logistics teams align on all requirements before mass production. A small-batch pilot run is fully compared and benchmarked against the sealed golden sample.

First Article Inspection (FAI)Initial finished products from the production line are compared side by side with the golden sample. Any non-conformity will trigger an immediate production stop and equipment recalibration.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)The sealed golden sample is kept visible on the production floor at all times. Continuous workstation inspections cover strap tension tests and zipper fatigue durability checks.

FQC + Packaging ComplianceAll finished goods are inspected in line with AQL Inspection Standards (ISO 2859-1) prior to shipment. All packaging processes comply with ASTM D3951 standards.
