Do I need to provide a professional custom bag tech pack, or can your design team help create one for me?

Not every importer starts with a complete custom bag tech pack — and that’s not a blocker. Submit a sketch, photo, or written brief, and our design team handles the structured documentation on your behalf.

What If You Don’t Have a Custom Bag Tech Pack?
1. Design team converts your input into a 2D flat sketch and draft BOM for your review.
2. Sign-off required before pattern cutting begins — no production assumptions made.
3. Final spec sheet issued in factory-standard format, ready for bulk handoff.

What Does a Factory-Built Tech Pack Cover?
1. Dimensions, material callouts, hardware specs, and stitch density.
2. Compartment layout, tolerance ranges, and zipper placement — pattern-cutting ready.
3. Outputs align with ASTM F2057 Softside Luggage & Bag Construction Standards.

For multi-compartment structures like Vandtæt taske or detail-intensive builds like cykeltaske, a complete tech pack directly reduces proto revision cycles and protects your sampling budget.

Send your reference materials to our design team to open a tech pack consultation.

Best Practice: Lock dimensional specs before proto build begins. Late-stage spec changes are the primary driver of avoidable sampling cost overruns.
