Do you allow third party inspection companies (like V-Trust, QIMA, or SGS) to visit the factory before shipment?

Yes — Third Party Inspection companies, including V-Trust, QIMA, SGS, or your own independent QA representatives, are fully welcome at our facility before shipment.

Factory access for Final Random Inspections (FRI) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) audits is a standard component of our supply chain management protocol.

Third Party Inspection: Full Factory Access Protocol

Upon arrival, your appointed auditor receives:

1. Complete access to the production floor, approved golden sample, and all relevant Tech Packs
2. Full use of in-house laboratory equipment for durability verification — zipper fatigue tests, strap load-bearing tests
3. Specification compliance confirmation: eco-friendly materials verified against agreed PO requirements per ISO 2859-1 AQL Sampling Standards

Pre-Shipment Packaging Verification

Before inspector sign-off, final carton packaging is reviewed for:

1. ASTM D3951-compliant packing, protecting goods from moisture and transit damage
2. Inventory control readiness confirmed upon warehouse receipt

Actionable Advice

Pre-specify your preferred inspection agency, audit scope (FRI or IPQC), and scheduling window within your Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist before bulk production sign-off. Contractually defined audit parameters eliminate scheduling ambiguity and establish a fully auditable compliance trail across all future production cycles.
