What is your internal quality control process for mass production?

Our internal quality control process for mass production operates across six defined checkpoints — each with documented pass/fail criteria before any stage advances.

6 Checkpoints in Our Internal Quality Control Process for Mass Production

IQC — Inspect all incoming materials before cutting. Validates colorfastness, fabric density, and hardware integrity.

PP Sample Approval — Bulk production starts only after 100% Pre-Production sample sign-off. No exceptions.

IPQC — In-line station audits throughout assembly. Flags stitching deviations, seam failures, and cut tolerances in real time.

Durability Testing — Handles, straps, and zippers undergo load-bearing jerk tests and fatigue cycles. Mandatory on random line pulls — especially critical for structured products like Custom pet carrier.

FQC — 100% final inspection per AQL Sampling Standards (ISO 2859-1). Screens cosmetic defects, thread quality, and hardware function.

OQC — Carton compliance per ASTM D3951. Moisture-resistant and correctly labeled for logistics handover.

Whether you’re sourcing everyday Spor çantası or heavy-duty travel gear, every PO runs through this full pipeline — no checkpoint is skipped.

Best Practice: Before shipment release, request both FQC AQL reports and IPQC deviation logs. Defect trend data at the in-process stage reveals far more about production consistency than final inspection results alone.
