Can You Create Custom Bag Sample from Sketch, Photo, or Description?

Yes. A custom bag sample from sketch, reference photo, or written spec is a standard part of our OEM/ODM intake process. No formal tech pack is required to initiate development.

What Reference Formats Do We Accept?
Rough sketch — hand-drawn or digital; include key dimensions and hardware callouts where possible.
Reference photo — existing product or competitor sample; factory reverse-engineers the structure and BOM.
Written description — compartment layout, target weight, material preferences, and FOB price range.

From Custom Bag Sample from Sketch to Proto Build
Factory converts your input into a 2D flat sketch and draft BOM for your confirmation.
Proto build only begins after spec sheet sign-off — no assumptions made.

Structured categories like Custom Tactical bag o Travel Bag require tolerance specs added before pattern cutting.

All proto samples are benchmarked against [External Link: AQL 2.5 Inspection Standards.
Submit your reference material to our product development team for a DFM assessment within 48 business hours.

Consejo de experto: Even rough dimensional estimates at intake — overall height, width, depth — measurably reduce proto revision cycles and compress your sampling lead time.
