Critical Defects \u2014 AQL 0.0 (Zero Tolerance):<\/strong> Safety hazards (sharp hardware edges, eco-material non-compliance) trigger immediate batch rejection. No exceptions.<br \/><strong>2. Major Defects \u2014 AQL 2.5:<\/strong> Incorrect dimensions, malfunctioning zippers, and structural failures require full batch rejection and mandatory rework before re-inspection.<br \/><strong>3. Minor Defects \u2014 AQL 4.0:<\/strong> Cosmetic imperfections (uncut threads, interior scuffs) are controlled within AQL 4.0. Ongoing IPQC monitoring targets a near-zero occurrence rate.<\/p>\n<p>For luxury or high-end orders, thresholds can be tightened to <strong>AQL 1.5 \/ 2.5<\/strong> or escalated to <strong>100% full inspection<\/strong>.
